Косвенный общий вопрос (Yes/No-question) в прошедшем времени. Правило согласования времён. Сдвиг времени на одно время назад.   

 Итак, если вопрос в прямой речи (Direct Speech) задан в Past Simple, то его содержание в косвенной речи (Reported Speech) должно быть передано в Past Perfect. 

Например:  

Direct Speech:

 Mark asked, "Did you visit your friend yesterday, Bob?"  

Reported Speech: 

Mark asked Bob if he had visited his friend the day before.  

Примечание: Выражения с глаголом to go (to the park, to the zoo, to London, to the museum, to the cinema, to the theatre и т.п.) изменяются на had been to (а не на had gone to)! 

Например: 

Lena asked, "Did you go to the church last month, Mary?"  

Reported Speech: 

Lena asked Mary if she had been to the church the previous month.

My Daily Life

 I'd like to tell you about my daily life. I usually get up at half past 6. Then I do my morning exercises. After that I go to the bathroom and take a shower, clean teeth and wash my face and hands. I have breakfast at 7 a.m., put on my school clothes, take my schoolbag, say "Good-bye" to my granny and go to school. 

My classes start at 8 a.m. I usually have 4 or five classes. My favourite school subject is Maths because I can count and solve problems well. At school I always have lunch at 9 a.m. I sometimes have porridge and a cup of tea or a glass of juice for lunch. I often eat an apple or an orange. After classes I often go to my sports club or to my drama club. I usually spend an hour there. 

I come home at 3 o'clock and take off my jacket, boots and school clothes. Then I have dinner. I often have some soup, potatoes, meat or fish for dinner. After that I usually have a short rest and then do my homework. In the evening I sometimes go for a walk or read my favourite book. I often watch TV. I usually go to bed at 10.30.
